Hi all! I just dropped by to wish you all a Very Happy Thanksgiving.

So how are you doing with your birthday preparation today -- Thanksgiving Day? I have something very interesting to share with you guys. If you are planning to make your birthday party a real blast, I've a great recipe which you can start off the birthday as well as Thanksgiving party with. How about Thanks birthday appetizer recipe? It's a fantastic Lobster recipe and I prefer this as a side dish from from the heavy turkey, because the legend has it that the pilgrims and their Native American guests had lobster and not the pumpkin pie at their first thanksgiving feast. Here's how to make it.

If you are not able to attend your friends birthday party today, you can make him or her feel the aura of your presence with these beautiful thanksgiving my space comments. I am sure that you can put smile on their faces by bridging up the gap.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 6 leaves butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 head of Boston lettuce
Direction:
  • Lobster meat should be cut into medium size pieces
  • Cook juice, oil, wine, and zest for a couple of minutes in a wok over medium flame
  • Then increase the heat slightly high and pour the lobster pieces into the wok and cook it, stirring it well
  • Fry the lobster pieces until they turn golden brown in color and let it chill for an hour.
