MySpace Happy Birthday Comments - Tidbits on Birthday Song

I hardly know anyone who haven't sung the birthday song at least ones in his or her life time. It is probably the most widely sung song in the world. But I wonder how many of us know exactly about the birthday song!

Birthday song - "Happy Birthday To You" was written by John Lennon and Paul McCartney and was first performed by the The Beatles on The White Album. The birthday song is an example of the Beatles' advent to the traditional rock and roll version of music. What's special about this birthday song is that it is the only track on The Beatles where McCartney shared lead vocal duties with John Lennon.
